Mindfulness Explorations

Mindfulness Explorations introduce beginners to mindfulness through guided meditation practices, group discussions, and reflective exercises—all in a camping-based setting. These experiences offer an immersive and supportive environment for personal growth in nature.

Currently we offer mindfulness explorations to women only.

  • Explorations require a minimum of five signups to proceed.​​​​

  • Please bring essential camping gear and food, etc.​​

  • Explorations are offered on donation basis. ​​Donate whatever feels meaningful to you. 

  • Please sign up according to your fitness level.
