Mindful Hiking Experiences

Nature has a way of quieting the mind and opening the heart, and our mindful hiking experiences are crafted to help you savor every moment. In these intentional hikes, we introduce practices that bring you fully into the present: breathwork, silent walking, mindful movement, and moments of reflection. It’s a chance to let go, to find calm in the rhythm of the earth, and to reconnect with yourself in the quiet strength of nature.

Beginner Hike Series

A three-part hiking series designed to help you feel at ease, whether it’s your first time on the trail or a return to nature after time away.

We cover the essentials—from choosing the right gear to reading a trail map—in a relaxed, supportive environment so you can hike with confidence and joy.

1. Little Si or Rattlesnake Ledge Hike: The first hike will focus on basic hiking fitness, understanding hiking etiquette, and 10 essentials.

2. Lake 22 or Annette Lake Hike: The second hike will interpret trail details, hiking gear in details, leave no trace principles and basic first-aid on trails.

3. Mount Pilchuck or Mount Si Hike: The final hike will delve into essential apps and resources for planning hikes and cover the fundamentals of map reading.

Beginner Hiking Series will start from June 2025.
