Mindfulness Programs
Discover the transformative power of mindfulness in a 5-week program. The gently progressive nature of the program allows for the gradual assimilation of mindfulness techniques, providing a foundation for continued personal exploration beyond the structured sessions.
You will explore the ways to pay open-hearted attention to different aspects of the internal and external world, cultivate an attitude of acceptance, compassion, and empathy toward yourself and others.
Each meditation practice provides a different gateway into awareness, and no one can say which, for you, at this point in your life, will be most helpful to reconnect with what is deepest and wisest in you.
We will meet weekly and cover different topics related to mindfulness, including mindfulness meditation, mindful eating, and mindful communication. By the end of the program, you'll have developed a solid foundation in mindfulness and have the tools to continue practicing on your own.
