Quieten your mind and find solace in the gentle whispers of nature's wisdom.

This retreat is designed for women who seek to connect with nature and themselves at a deeper level. Come prepared to explore stunning landscape of Mount Baker Wilderness as well as your inner landscape. We will hike, meditate, practice yoga and and return home with a sense of peace and renewal.

Mountain Bliss retreat will be held in a rustic Mount Baker Lodge, nestled in the spectacular North Cascades. It has ample space to gather and relax.

Dorms have bunk beds with mattresses. Bring your sleeping bag, bedsheet, pillow, flashlight or headlamp, towel and any other personal items to make your stay comfortable. You'll be sharing bathrooms with other participants.

At the heart of our mindfulness retreat experience lies the communal-style approach to cooking and cleaning, a practice deeply rooted in the ethos of interconnectedness and mindfulness. Each meal becomes a collective endeavor, where participants come together to prepare nourishing dishes with intention and gratitude. As we chop vegetables and stir pots, we not only cultivate mindfulness in every action but also forge bonds of camaraderie and shared purpose.

We will do our best to accommodate your dietary restrictions, such as vegan, gluten-free, and lactose free. Please contact us before booking if you have multiple allergies or life-threatening allergies.

Hiking at a mindfulness retreat is like taking a journey through nature while also exploring the depths of your own mind. As you walk along scenic trails, surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the wilderness, you have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the present moment. With each step, you can let go of worries and distractions, allowing yourself to connect more deeply with the natural world and with yourself. The rhythmic movement of hiking becomes a form of meditation, calming the mind and opening it to greater clarity and awareness. It's not just about reaching a destination; it's about savoring the journey and finding peace within yourself along the way.
