Mindfulness Workshops

Mindfulness workshops are designed to introduce mindfulness to the beginners. These workshops combine guided practices, group discussions, and reflective exercises, creating an immersive and supportive environment for personal growth. 

We are offering three workshops for women.
  • Jun 15-16 - Middle Fork Campground
  • Jul 13-15 - Denny Creek Campground
  • Aug 10-12 - Coal Creek Group Camp

Please stay tuned, registration will begin in April.

  • Workshops require a minimum of five signups to proceed.​

  • Please bring essential camping gear and food, etc.

  • Workshops are offered on donation basis. ​​Feel free to donate whatever feels meaningful to you.
