Mindfulness Workshops

Mindfulness workshops are designed to introduce mindfulness to the beginners. These workshops combine guided practices, group discussions, and reflective exercises, creating a supportive environment for personal growth and exploration. 

We offer overnight and weekend workshops at the campgrounds around Western Washington.

​​Workshops are subject to weather conditions, and in the event of inclement weather, they may be canceled.

 

  • Workshops require a minimum of five signups to proceed.​

  • Please bring essential camping gear and food, etc.

​​

  • Workshops are offered on donation basis. ​​Feel free to donate whatever feels meaningful to you. Our suggested donation is $50 per day. Please PayPal (trailbliss@trailbliss.org) your donation after signup.
